Our best dough
After many years of experience and experimentation we have finally found the magic formula for making our pizza.
To ensure high digestibility and excellent quality, the dough of our pizzas is made up of a mix of organic wholemeal flours: 7 cereals, wheat germ, high quality wholemeal spelled, stone ground and naturally leavened for 36 hours.

Our dishes include first and second courses based on meat and fish to satisfy all palates. Our menu is completed by a wide and careful selection of appetizers, salads, craft beers and homemade desserts.

The Hamburgarden is the Giardinetto’s special hamburger!
We added the flavor of the Giardinetto to the flavor of the hamburger by replacing the traditional bread with bread made with the dough from our pizzas!
